In the HIGH season, houses are let for weekly stays.
During Christmas/Easter, New Year’s Eve, winter holidays, and long weekends, the prices may
CHANGE – to be agreed on case-by-case basis.

SURCHARGES:

Tourist tax = PLN 5,40 per person per day
Pets – accepted – surcharge PLN 50 per day
DEPOSIT of PLN 300 – required and charged upon the arrival.

TERMS FOR BOOKING/PAYMENTS/CANCELLING/MODIFICATIONS

• 1. Bookings are confirmed after the prepayment of 30% of total value of your stay (min. value of the first day).
  1. If the stay is for two (2) nights, the prepayment shall total 50% of the total value.
  2. If the stay is for one (1) night, the prepayment shall total 100% of the total value.
• 2. The payment shall be forfeit if the Guests fail to arrive on the day booked.
• 3. The prepayment is not subject to reimbursement.
  1. The prepayment shall not be forfeit and shall be referred to another booking date if the stay is cancelled up to 30 days before the planned arrival.
  2. If the booking is cancelled later than 30 days before the planned arrival, the prepayment will not be reimbursed.
• 4. If you decide to leave earlier for reasons not attributable to us, we shall not reimburse the payment for unused days.
• 5. The deposit shall not be reimbursed in the event of violating the rules of the facility and damage caused during your stay.

Cots, highchairs, and baby baths are available on request (prior information required).
